As Governor, I will fiercely defend Kansas’ sovereignty by working with the Republican legislature to enact a bold, statewide ban on foreign countries and companies purchasing ANY land in our state.

While current law restricts foreign ownership within 100 miles of military installations, this falls short of safeguarding our heartland. Kansas’ fertile fields, sacred prairies, and strategic resources must remain in American hands—period. Foreign interests, especially those from adversarial nations, have no business owning our land, threatening our food security, or undermining our way of life.

My administration will ensure Kansas stays Kansas, prioritizing our farmers, families, and future generations with ironclad protections against foreign encroachment. Together, we’ll keep the Sunflower State free, secure, and proudly American.
