As your next Governor, I will lead with Pro-Life Leadership rooted in my Catholic faith, championing compassion, protecting the unborn, and strengthening families across Kansas. My administration will stand resolute in defense of life while offering meaningful support to women, holding men accountable, and collaborating with faith communities to foster a culture of life.
Guided by my Catholic values, I will work closely with the Catholic Church of Kansas, its bishops, and other Christian groups to promote life-affirming initiatives. Together, we will expand the reach of pregnancy resource centers, support adoption agencies rooted in faith, and advocate for policies that reflect our shared commitment to the dignity of every human life.
By partnering with these organizations, we will ensure that women and families receive the spiritual, emotional, and material support they need to choose life. I will prioritize compassion for women facing unwanted pregnancies by increasing funding for pregnancy resource centers, which provide free counseling, ultrasounds, parenting classes, and essentials like diapers and cribs. My administration will streamline adoption processes to connect children with loving families and invest in maternal healthcare to ensure every mother has access to quality prenatal and postnatal care. No woman in Kansas should feel abortion is her only choice.
Protecting the unborn is central to my platform. Through the Kansas Department of Government Efficiency (K-DOGE), I will order thorough audits of all abortion facilities under the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) to guarantee compliance with state laws. These audits will confirm clinics adhere to safety standards, follow legal protocols, and do not misuse taxpayer funds. K-DOGE will publish transparent reports, reinforcing accountability and trust in our pro-life mission.
I will also hold men accountable as fathers. My administration will launch fatherhood initiatives, including mentorship programs, job training, and partnerships with faith-based groups, to empower men to provide emotional and financial support to their families. By fostering responsible fatherhood, we will alleviate pressures that contribute to abortion and build stronger households.
Finally, I will urge the Republican-led Legislature to deliver a Heartbeat Bill to my desk, which I will proudly sign into law. This legislation will protect unborn children from the moment a heartbeat is detected, aligning with Kansas’ values while respecting constitutional limits. I will also push for closing loopholes in pro-life laws, strengthening family support policies, and offering tax relief to ease financial burdens on parents.
As Governor, my Pro-Life Leadership will make Kansas a beacon of hope—a state where every life is cherished, every woman is supported, and every family is empowered.
